What is it?
The Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is world’s leading project management certification. It is one of the most valued and respected credentials in project management. Earning the PMP certification demonstrates a solid foundation of your experience and competency in effectively managing projects and project teams in any profession. A PMI certification adds tremendous value for the careers of project leaders in all types of industries and organizations!
This course is the prep for the new version of the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam launched in January 2, 2021.
There are no prior experiences required to attend this course. However, course participants are better positioned for success if they possess experience and knowledge of leading and managing projects.
Pre-requisites to take the PMP Certification Exam
To apply for the PMP certification exam. PMI requires that you have either:
- A four-year degree
- 36 months leading projects
- 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
OR
- A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
- 60 months leading projects
- 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
